LRG Renovations is a flexible, innovative partner for home renovation in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of Dutchess and Orange counties in New York. Founders Rick Gressett and Mike Hale joined together in this venture in 2019, but have over 60 years of combined experience in building and operating businesses with technical, construction, and entrepreneurial emphasis.

With LRG, we concentrate on bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations - completing around 50 projects yearly. We are not limited to that scope, though, as we have extensive experience with whole house renovations, as well as additions - and often our satisfied customers come back for additional phased grenovations.

Our process starts by listening closely to the needs and desires of our clients, and aligning our scope to the individual project.  We believe we often bring much value during this process with our extensive experience by suggesting innovative solutions to complications and problems that are always crop up in construction in general, and renovation projects in particular.

Throughout the project we are mindful that we and our crews are guests in your home, and we strive to always be respectful of that, maintain a clean workplace, and remain responsive to your concerns as we build your dream together.
